ఒక వ్యక్తి యొక్క అతని వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారాన్ని ను తీసుకోవడం ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చే ప్రతి పథకం కూడా అధికారికంగా వారికి(ప్రజలకు) చేరువ అవ్వాలి అన్న ఉద్దేశ్యం తో Smart Pulse Survey ను ప్రారంభించారు, దీనినే ప్రజా సాధికార సర్వే అంటారు, ఇది 2016 వ సం.లో స్టార్ట్ చేశారు, ఇందుకు గాను ప్రతి మండల పరిధిలో ప్రతి పంచాయితీ కి ఒక supervisor ను మరియు వారి కింద enumerator లను నియమించారు. వీరికి ఆ మండల తహసీల్దారు మరియు ASO గారు logins మరియు పర్యవేక్షణ అధికారులుగా ఉంటారు, ఇంకా పైన చెప్పుకున్నట్టు ఈ Supervisor మరియు Enumerators వారి యొక్క పంచాయితీలో ఉన్న ప్రజల యొక్క వ్యక్తిగత మరియు వారి పూర్తి కుటుంబ వివరాలు ఇందులో పొందుపరుస్తారు, ఇలా చేయడం వల్ల ప్రభుత్వం యొక్క పథకాలు అర్హులు అయినా లబ్ధిదారులకు చేరువలో ఉంటాయి.
1. Every Citizen must enroll in PSS and His/Her family members also.
2. When the person got married, you have to approach your Supervisor or Enumerator to Split the family.

3. After the page shown like above, there you have to Choose >> STATUS CHECK >> PULSE SURVEY SEARCH then it will redirect to the following page below

5. Here enter anyone of your family member Aadhar Number and Click on Search, you will get complete family details of PSS with Ration card details who enrolled in your family and you can change or split the details as you need by approaching nearest Supervisor or Enumerator.
